The web direct tax collections rose 23.5% on the 12 months to eight.65 trillion rupees ($103.9 billion) in April-September 16, the federal government stated on Monday.

The tax assortment contains company tax of 4.16 trillion rupees and private revenue tax of 4.47 trillion rupees, stated the assertion from the Ministry of Finance. It did specify company and private tax collected throughout the identical interval final 12 months.
